A person with this ability can lower the temperature of items or other individuals by touching them with a specific body part (ex: hand, tail, horn, ...). The temperature lowers quickly before reaching a minimum. The minimum depends on the user control over their ability and the target material. The user can maintain a low temperature during several minutes before needing to rest for a while.
